Executive Support with Freelance Design
Lindsay Reister, an executive assistant with design experience based in Olympia WA, specializes in executive administrative support and freelance design for the personal and corporate world.
Lindsay has multiple years of progressive experience within multiple higher administrative settings (medical, higher education, group consulting) and has a BA/BS degree from The Evergreen State College.
Lindsay first fell in love with digital creation at a young age, having experience with website design, digital photography, film photography, creative writing, online shop building, and other extensive projects.

Lindsay assisted her mother (who is a quilter and artist in Bend, OR) to build her portfolio website through Wix. They partnered together to create her vision of how she wanted to showcase her art, current projects, and design through Wix’s resources and templates.

Corporate Event Planning
In her most recent role, Lindsay was responsible for planning corporate and company events for the company in the Olympia & Seattle area. Lindsay was responsible for connecting with local caterers, event equipment rentals, communication with company partners, and travel logistics for employees to attend company events (as there were employees living in other states that needed flights, hotels, and food accomodations).
Digital Photography
Growing up in the mountains, Lindsay has always had passion and love for nature. She has used multiple mediums including Nikon cameras, film processing, Z Stack, and microscopic imagery in order to capture her vision in projects. She also has experience using Adobe Photoshop in order to make edits and work on digital projects.
